Terms of Service

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid service.

All payments are processed online by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

• One-time services and digital products are charged once at checkout.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the fees you choose.

Digital products and tool access are delivered instantly or by email after a successful payment. Custom services are delivered within the timeframe shown on the service page (typically 1–5 business days). See our Delivery Policy for details.

You agree not to use Whycourse for:

• Fraud, deception, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Chargeback abuse or refund abuse.
• Sending spam, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reselling or sublicensing our services without permission.
• Activities prohibited by Stripe's restricted business list.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Whycourse provides software tools and digital services only. We do not offer financial, legal, investment, tax, banking, or money-transfer advice or services. Any information on our website is for general use and is not professional advice.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (invoices, client data, files). You grant Whycourse a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

The Whycourse website, software, designs, and brand are owned by Whycourse and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Subscription cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept them.
