- Billing data — billing name, email, country. Full card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
- Service content — invoices, client records, and files you upload to use the tool.
- Usage data — IP address, device, browser, and basic interaction events used to operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the tools and services you purchase.
- Process payments through Stripe and send receipts.
- Reply to support and refund requests.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments & Card Data
All payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your card information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Whycourse does not see or store full card numbers, CVC codes, or expiry dates. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email admin@whycourse.store.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
