1. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.
- Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
- Previously paid periods may remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- You will not be billed again unless you re-subscribe.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time. If you cannot access your account, email support@whycourse.store from the email address used at checkout, and include your account email and the plan you want to cancel. We will confirm cancellation by email within 1 business day.
3. Refund Timing
Refund requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
4. Custom Services
For custom services (landing pages, website setup, starter kits), you can cancel your order before work has started for a full refund. Once work has begun, the service is no longer cancellable, but you may still contact us about a partial adjustment.
5. Refunds After Cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing but is not the same as a refund. For information about refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
