1. Digital Products & Templates
Digital products such as templates may be non-refundable after access or download, since the product has already been delivered. If you have not yet downloaded the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.
2. Custom Services (Landing Pages, Website Setup, etc.)
Custom services may be refunded only before work has started. Once design, setup, or other work has begun, the service is considered partially or fully delivered and is not refundable, except where required by law.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription cancellations stop future billing. Previously paid periods are not refunded but remain active until the end of the billing cycle. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Exceptions
We may decline a refund if we detect:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeat purchase-and-refund patterns).
- Use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent or chargeback-related activity.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@whycourse.store from the email address used for the purchase, and include:
- Order or transaction reference.
- Product or service purchased.
- Date of the charge.
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
